prospective client with a broad overview of Moseley Law, which includes

Mission Statement
Moseley Law, P.A. is
dedicated to counseling its clients through their legal issues and
guiding its clients through the legal process. Whatever the client
need, the focus at Moseley Law is always on the client. At Moseley
Law, P.A. the client is much, much more than simply one more billable
hour.

A few words about Moseley Law
Realizing the legal system, its
issues and procedures may be intimidating or overwhelming to the
typical client, Moseley Law will do what it can to place the client at
ease with “the system.”
Unlike many law firms, Moseley
Law, P.A. employs a simplified billing system. At Moseley law, the
client simply pays for the attorney’s time and necessary expenses
associated with their case; the client does not pay for postage,
attorney travel or attorney parking. And, as a matter of policy,
Moseley Law never makes telephone calls to the client principally
designed to generate a few extra billable minutes by asking the client
generally how things are going and/or for discussions concerning the
weather.
Moseley Law tries to return all client telephone calls and emails within twenty-four (24) hours.
Moseley Law makes itself available to its clients on weekends.
Moseley
Law is proud to provide pro bono (free) legal services to the Chester
County, Pennsylvania community through Access to Justice, which is a
legal services program administered by the Chester County Bar
Association for those persons meeting certain income requirements and
having specific legal issues.
